He is married and has a son.

He worked for Pepsi Cola, Imperial Tobacco, Nutricia, and in various sales manager positions for 20 years in various sales manager positions. He was recently the Danone Nutricia Sales Training and Operations Director. During this period he prepared and implemented Commercial Marketing and Sales Staff Development projects in various regions of Turkey in Field Sales, Distributor Management,

In the Danone Nutricia- he founded “Sales Academy” in the baby feeding business and provided sales teams training and development.  He has won many awards in the companies he has worked with for his development process. His other most reputable awards were: Danone Nutricia Sales Academy at the EEGEP 2016 Learning and Development Awards “Best Learning and Development Program” Puma Project received the “Best technology-supported development program” awards.

In 2016, he completed his corporate business life and as an entrepreneur. He started his own  business  by setting up Saleswe Education, Consulting, Coaching Ltd. company

BIOGRAPHY

Since 2009  boutique trainings are being held by  Fırat Çakır with a team of 25 people, in the field of NLP, Life Coaching and Healthy Life Coaching.  He coaches many individuals from the art, business and many other different professions. He carried out corporate trainings in the Leading organizations of Turkey called “Enterprise Business in Education, Sports, Health Program”. The unique characteristics of the trainings he held, provided about 100% satisfaction, among the participants.  This distinctive and successful trainings of Fırat Cakır raised him one of the most reputable and indispensable trainer among the training companies and institutions. The success achieved that everyone involved in the trainings in both business and private life, makes him happy and fully satisfied for the time being.

Each year, also, he gives seminars on “Motivation and Success, Communication – Body Language and Healthy Life” at universities. Since now he gathered with about 15,000 students.

He works from the philosophy of “Being a healthy person is provided only if he is physically, mentally and spiritually healthy at the same time”.  In this aspect his main focus, while giving support to his clients in personal and intuitional sessions, at the point of being physical, mental and spiritually healthy. His main concern is by being more dynamic and healthy, people can be more conscious about capturing the true righteousness with themselves, with their families, with their children, and with their colleagues.

Ozlem Çakır is born in Istanbul, completed his primary and secondary education in Bursa.

She is graduated from Galatasaray University Business Administration Department. Throughout her education life, she has worked as internship in many institutions in and have had the chance to experience what she wants or what she doesn’t want in her life. After graduating, she worked in the sales departments of several the world’s leading international companies in different industries.

While she is working as a professional she has completed the Life Coaching and NLP Specialist certificate programs. Cakir, who always likes to do the things that can be intertwined with people, communicate and provide help to them, has improved her this characteristic even more with trainings.

Özlem Çakır, since the end of 2012, coached more than 600 person, with the catch-phrase of, “not my work, but my light,” in the field of Conversion and Change Coaching.

Apart from that, she also provides institutional and individual training.

BIOGRAPHY 

Âmine Yağmur was born in 1981, in Adana. Recently she worked at Bosphorus Story House and ROKYAN Academy; especially for the major international education for Afghanistan , Tajikistan and Iran. She also has online classes for Azerbaijan, Germany and 42 cities in Turkey. By and large, managers, senior management  staff, such as the advanced communication skills , motivation, goal setting, self- awareness, etc.  She had the programmes in English language,  individual sessions and she trained instructors at international training companies such as Genom Academy and Saygın Academy . 

She had numerous online and in-class training sessions at Çalık Holding , The Banks Association, TUVTURK Academy, Vodafone Red Academy, Ziraat Academy, Kuveyt TURK Academy, and long-term training at Bilgi University between 2016-19. 

She was selected as one of the 74 coaches that were choosen amongst over 1000 coaches in the JCI-STEP UP COACHING Project for managers and gained a certificate of achievement in the 2020-2021 period.

For 17 years, she had  trainings in communication and English especially in education development, in the field of education. The leading KGCIBC -TESOL CENTER in Canada made important developments as a consultant in international training programmes for English teachers. 

Some of her experiences in the field of sales are: EgitimAL Education and Consultancy  -2009,Canada Tesol Centre Turkey education consultancy (2013-2015),2015-2016 Calik Holding,Kuveyt Türk Academy: Education Development Project(english language)2017-2019 Freelance Corporate Indoor & Outdoor Training Sales and Management,Fitness Form Club Spor A.Ş. general manager (2016-2017)

In 2020, she won awards in 8 different categories in” The Coaches Making a Difference “ that  was The first gamification coaching competition in Turkey. 

In 1998, he won the first place in the story contest about saving organized by the Ministry of Environment.

In addition to the training and coaching activities, it ensured that the coaching competencies were combined with the Social Responsibility projects. Organizes personal development training for scholars such as sisterhood and coaching with its founder.

She worked as  volunteer, attended as keynote speaker for  seminars to important schools and institutions such as Haliç University and Science Office, and made it a principle to reach more young people. She is planning to work as volunteer for Theodora Association For Illness ( burada hasta cocuklar demek mi istedin? O zaman ill ya da sick children diyebilirsin)   Children and Green Crescent Society. 

Dancing, reading, theatre and meeting new people, being keen on learning…  are her favourite hobbies.

She is preparing for ICF exam, titles as pcc progressive and also writing a book about her own path.
